Each registered person is allowed to submit one abstracts as presenting author. There is no limit on the number of abstracts submitted as co-author. The presenting author will be notified of the acceptance of the abstract. PLEASE NOTE: Presenting author must be registered for the conference and pay the registration fee before abstracts are considered.
The University of Florida Conference Department is excited to debut Abstractr, an application for managing the abstract submission and review process for academic conferences.
We also offer a number of basic services, at no charge to UF entities, including registration services, hotel contract review, and basic registration webpage development. We also offer additional services on a fee for service schedule including on-site staff support, food and beverage coordination, and facilitation of abstract book development and audio-visual services.
